Waitlist terms and conditions.

1. Priority Access for Waitlist Members

• Bookings for waitlist members open on Saturday 9 August 2025.

• This priority booking window is open for three weeks until Saturday 30 August 2025.

• After this date, bookings will open to the general public.

2. Cabin Opening Dates

• Norfolk Cabin: opens mid September 2025.

• Somerset Cabin: opens beginning October 2025.

3. Booking Codes

• Your unique booking code is valid for the waitlist priority period only (9–30 August 2025).

• Codes are single-use per booking and non-transferable.

• Any unused codes will expire automatically at midnight on 30 August 2025.

4. Eligibility

• Waitlist membership must have been joined before 9 August 2025 to qualify for priority access.

• Only members with an active booking code may book during the waitlist period.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.

• The Red Cabin reserves the right to withdraw or amend the waitlist priority offer without prior notice in exceptional circumstances.
