It’s a place for stillness and slow mornings. Walk or cycle straight from the door into the estate’s ancient woodland and parkland. Then settle by the fire at the Bucks Arms, the estate’s own cosy, well-loved pub, just a short walk away.

The Norfolk coast is 20 minutes by car, but you may find you don’t need to leave the estate at all.
